Shipping policy

At Klein Tassen & Accessoires, all bags and accessories are made to order. Your item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

Production Time
Production takes between 2 and 15 business days, depending on the model and quantity selected. You will receive a confirmation once your order has entered production.

Shipping 
Once production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via PostNL, with track & trace or registered delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking code by email.

Shipping Costs 
Shipping is free of charge on all orders over €99. For orders below €99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time 
The total delivery time consists of the production time (2–15 business days) plus PostNL's transit time. Please take this into account when placing your order, particularly if you have a specific date in mind.

Shipping Area 
We currently ship to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, France, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal
