Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each product is made after the order has been placed. Production time varies depending on the product and the order. Smaller items are often completed sooner, while larger orders may take a little longer.
Orders are usually shipped within 2–15 working days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 1–7 working days, depending on the destination. Within the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.
What materials are used?
All leather bags and accessories are made from high-quality Italian leather, taken from the top layer of the hide and finished with a light protective coating.
The linings are made from 100% cotton. Zippers are from YKK.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each bag and accessory is made after the order has been placed. This allows every piece to be carefully crafted and finished in our atelier.
Because each item is made specifically for the customer, production begins after the order has been confirmed.
What is the return policy?
As each item is made after the order has been placed and according to the options selected by the customer, orders cannot be returned once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible after placing it. If production has not yet started, cancellation may still be possible.
Cancellations can be requested by email or through your account.
How should I care for my leather bag or accessory?
The leather used for our bags and accessories has a light protective finish and requires only minimal care. If needed, the surface can be cleaned gently with a soft cloth.
Leather care products can be used occasionally to nourish the leather. Always test the product first on a small, less visible area to see how the leather reacts. Avoid applying creams or conditioners to the metal hardware.
Over time, the leather may develop a natural patina, which is part of its character.
Store the item in a dry place when not in use.
What should I keep in mind when using leather products?
Leather is a natural material and may change over time. Small variations in colour, texture and structure are part of the character of the material. Because each piece is made by hand and every hide is different, no two items are exactly the same.
With use, the leather may develop creases or folds and the shape may change slightly. This is a natural result of wear and use.
Although the leather has been treated with a light protective finish, colour transfer may occur in certain situations, for example when the leather becomes wet or shortly after applying a leather care product. In rare cases, this may transfer onto light-coloured clothing.
As with all natural leather, colours may evolve over time and develop a natural patina.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. We offer repairs for bags and accessories made in our atelier.
Repair options and costs depend on the type of damage and its cause. Not all damage is covered, and repairs are not free of charge.
